5 Bonuses & Promotions

hlbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of claiming, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable requirement will be clearly stated before you claim any bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• hlbajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.

If you have a question about a specific promotion or believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly, please contact support before placing any bets. Disputes raised after wagering has begun may not be eligible for resolution.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hlbajee platform — including crash games, fishing games, slots, live dealer titles and sports betting markets — operate under their own specific game rules. These rules are accessible within each game or game information page. By playing any game on hlbajee, you agree to the applicable game rules.

hlbajee uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform, the game provider or any player. Results are final once a round or bet has been settled.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• hlbajee is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within the game interface.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hlbajee platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the hlbajee platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward hlbajee staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

hlbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), the available real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account within five business days.

9 Responsible Gaming

All hlbajee account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account.

• Cooling-off periods — Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hlbajee platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hlbajee or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the hlbajee platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of hlbajee's intellectual property may result in legal action.

The hlbajee name, logo and brand identity are trademarks of the platform. Use of these trademarks without written authorisation is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hlbajee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hlbajee is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules or bonus terms.
• Losses resulting from technical faults outside hlbajee's reasonable control, including internet outages or device failures.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's account being accessed by an unauthorised third party due to the player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits hlbajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

hlbajee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or an on-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the hlbajee platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
